Find your shipping email
When your order ships, we email you a tracking link. Search your inbox for your order number, and check your spam or promotions folder.
Open the tracking link
Tap the tracking number or “View your order” in that email to see your order's status and where your parcel is.

Log in with the email you used at checkout to see all your orders in one place.
No shipping email yet?
Orders ship within 1 business day. If it's been longer, send us your order number and we'll check on it.
