Most people order their usual sneaker size. If you're between sizes, or your feet swell by the end of a shift, go with the larger size. Our size guide has the measurements.

Measure your feet at the end of the day, when they're largest, and if you land between two sizes choose the larger one. For more room across the toes, Again Shift and Again Clog have a wide toe box, and Again Wide is an extra-wide fit for men. See our wide fit and swelling feet edit.

Width isn't a separate option on our styles. If you usually need more room, start with Again Shift or Again Clog (wide toe box), or Again Wide for men, all in our wide fit edit. Not sure? Ask us before you order.

Yes. See men's styles. Again Lift is unisex and lists both sizes, for example W 8 / M 6.

Shipping is free on every US order, with no minimum. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Orders ship within 1 business day. Estimated delivery is 4–7 business days after that. Each product page shows an estimated delivery date before you order.

No. Again shoes are everyday shoes made for standing all shift, not a treatment for any condition. If foot pain doesn't go away, see a doctor or foot specialist.

We can't promise that, and no shoe honestly can. What we can tell you is which style has which part: a cushioned heel (Again Shift), built-in arch support (Again Clog), and room for your toes (Again Shift, Again Clog, and Again Wide for men). If pain keeps coming back, see a doctor or foot specialist.

Several styles have a grippy rubber sole, but we don't sell Again as certified slip-resistant or safety footwear. If your workplace requires certified shoes, check that rule before you order.

Wipe them with a damp cloth and a little mild soap, then let them air-dry away from direct heat. We don't recommend the washing machine or the dryer.
